We understand there may be times an item doesn’t work out or if you have received a defective item, incorrect item or missing an item please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order.
Returns can be made at your expense within 10 business days of your delivery date for a Full Refund to your original payment method, minus the $6.95 shipping cost when applicable.
Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
Return Check List:
- Discounted items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the order date no exceptions.
- Returned items must be un-washed and unworn with the original tags attached.
- If possible please include your original receipt with the item(s) marked that you are returning (this will help the return process go much faster).
- If there was a mistake on our end we’ll refund the $6.95 shipping when applicable.
We currently are not offering exchanges.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes things can happen and you may need to change or cancel an order. Please contact us immediately. Once an order is placed we are hard at work getting your order out (usually within 2-4 hrs). After this time we will no longer be able to make any changes to your order.
